WCGR follows Fairfax County Public Schools Policy

General Meetings:  In the event Fairfax County Public Schools are closed or a 2-hour delay general meetings will not take place however, general meetings will take place if there is a 1-hour delay.

Board Meetings, Get Acquainted Coffees, Activity Groups and Workshops:  In the event Fairfax County Public Schools are closed or ANY delayed openings these functions will take place at the discretion of the appropriate board member or activity chairman in consultation with the President.
